Mrs. Pomares, M.A. - 3rd Grade Homeroom - Portable 3

I have been a teacher for 17 years, 14 in district. I have taught Third and Fourth grade as well as World Language Spanish in South Orange Maplewood, and have enjoyed my years here. I received my BA in Education and Psychology, and my Master’s in Education and Curriculum instruction both from Caldwell College. I am married to Carlos Pomares, who works in the museum field and we have two children.

Education has always been important to me and I feel that it is my responsibility to help your child find their potential. This allows them to fully grow and prosper in my classroom. I have high standards for your child, as I am sure you do, and together I know we can achieve the goal of a successful third grader.
